On request of various owners that have rented their properties through Keep it Simple we now offer property management for owners. For a fixed monthly fee we take care of all actions related to the rent of your property that take up so much time on a day to day basis.

We take care of collecting the rent, utilities, maintenance, cleaning, gardening, insurances and the contact with the tenant through our 24 h customer service line.
